Welcome to HomeFix. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Bookings

All bookings made through this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to emergencies or unforeseen technician unavailability.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on the website are "starting at" estimates. Final quotes will be provided on-site by the technician before work begins. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a booking fee for future services.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians are highly skilled, HomeFix is not liable for pre-existing damage to property or issues arising from underlying structural or plumbing defects not caused by our direct work.

5. Warranty

We provide a 30-day labor warranty on all repairs. This does not cover parts that fail due to normal wear and tear or misuse after the service is completed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is performed.
